Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a refund or exchange on eligible items within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- Your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us First

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once you have received return authorization from our team, you can prepare your item for shipping.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us immediately at info@xanthel.com with a photo of the damage and your order details.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- First, double-check your bank account.
- Next, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your statement.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@xanthel.com.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, you should mail it to the return address provided on your original packaging. If you are unsure of the address, please contact us for confirmation.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking Recommended: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for more expensive items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
